Clinicopathological Features of Patients with Vesiculobullous Diseases Referred to Dermatology Clinic of Afzalipour Hospital, Kerman, Iran

Background: Bullous diseases are classified as autoimmune blistering diseases, hereditary disorders, and secondary to inflammation physical trauma. This study evaluated clinicopathological features of patients with bullous diseases. Methods: is a retrospective cross-sectional 88 vesiculobullous referred the dermatology clinic Afzalipour hospital in Kerman, Iran. Demographic patients, type lesions, differential diagnosis, pathological (site skin biopsy, final inflammatory cells, direct immunofluorescence results) were recorded. Data analyzed by chi-square test independent t-test. Results: Eighty-eight (59.1% females 40.9% males) evaluated. The mean age was 45.09 ± 20.48 years. Autoimmune blisters trauma observed 79.5%, 11.4%, 6.8%, 2.3% cases, respectively. most common pemphigus vulgaris (29.5%) pemphigoid (21.6%).
